2. Use of This Website
By using this website, you agree that:
You are at least 18 years old, or are using the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You will only use the site for lawful purposes, and not in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with anyone else’s use of it.
All content on this site – including text, images, logos, and product descriptions – is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission.
We may update, suspend, or withdraw the website, or any part of it, at any time without notice.
We try to keep all information on this site accurate and up to date, but we don’t guarantee that product descriptions, images, pricing, or availability are always fully accurate or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time.
3. Products
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours, decals, and minor specifications may vary from those shown due to manufacturer updates or photography limitations.
Engine sizes, power outputs, and specifications are provided by manufacturers and may be subject to change without notice.
Road legality: Many of our products – including pit bikes, quads, and enduro bikes – are supplied as off-road vehicles and are not road legal unless explicitly stated. It is your responsibility to check registration, insurance, licensing, and age requirements with the DVA/DVLA before using any vehicle on public roads.
Age restrictions: Certain products (e.g. quad bikes, larger pit bikes) may be subject to age recommendations or legal restrictions on use. It’s the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the product is suitable and used appropriately, particularly where children or young riders are involved.
Stock availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. If an item you’ve ordered becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative, a delayed dispatch date, or a full refund.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to buy. A contract is only formed once we confirm acceptance of your order (e.g. via order confirmation email or dispatch notice).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you’ll receive a full refund.
You’re responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the order and delivery details you provide.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already confirmed.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed (e.g. finance options, where available).
We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
6. Delivery
Delivery timescales provided are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, manufacturers, or circumstances outside our control.
Please refer to our separate Shipping Policy for full details on delivery areas, costs, and timescales.
Risk in the goods passes to you once the item has been delivered to the address provided.
7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Your rights to cancel, return, or receive a refund are set out in full in our Refund and Returns Policy, available on our website. That policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Warranty terms, durations, and claim procedures vary by manufacturer and product type – details are provided at the point of sale or in product documentation.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, unauthorised modification, normal wear and tear, or use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose (e.g. using an off-road vehicle on public roads without proper registration).
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products.
Off-road vehicles, quads, and pit bikes carry inherent risks of injury. You accept these risks when purchasing and using such products, and are responsible for appropriate safety equipment, supervision (particularly for younger riders), and adherence to manufacturer guidance.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may link to third-party sites (e.g. Stomp Parts, Ernie Coates Track Days). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
11. Privacy
Our use of your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order will apply to that order. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
